Health Insurance

We offer a nationwide health insurance program through Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield of NJ with an additional Kaiser Permanente plan available in California. Optional Dental and Vision coverage is available through Aetna Dental.

CHANGES TO PLANS EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2012
Since October, we have been negotiating with Horizon and reviewing competitive quotes from other insurers. At conclusion of the analysis, the best decision was to stay with Horizon. Effective 1/1/2012 we will be offering 2 Plan Options with Horizon. EPO plan EE referrals are not required, and the Direct Access Plan KM, referrals are not required.

ANNUAL OPEN ENROLLMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

Employees who have thought about enrolling, now is the time. If you wish to enroll in one of the Horizon Plans effective January 1, 2012, please contact  Mr. Joseph Marini of the OSSA Group at 1-800-582-8203 regarding benefits and enrollment material.
