Medical Staffing Services provides support throughout the entire health care industry, but has seen doctors offices and ambulatory facilities increasing their needs at a rather high rate. These trends are really helping the economic recovery and providing job growth in a much needed sector.

“Ambulatory Setting
Expected to Provide More Job Growth Than Hospitals”

“During the next 10 years, the
number of jobs in the ambulatory care setting most likely will grow faster than
for inpatient services and other sectors of the economy.

The number of jobs in physician offices
will surge 32.7% from 2,315,800 in 2010 to 3,073,600 in 2020, according to the
biennial employment projections released Feb. 1 by the Bureau of Labor
Statistics. Hospitals will add a greater number of jobs, but the growth will be
slower.”

For more information, please click here. Jobs are continually being added and Medical Staffing is at the forefront of finding qualified candidates jobs.

Here at Medical, we are very diligent while insuring that we never discriminate against protected class. We know that it is important to always be a fair and Equal Opportunity Employer. Where we always push to excel is being at the forefront of thinking, and the legal rulings that come out.

With this in mind, we would like to mention that it has been ruled illegal for employers to discriminate based on citizenship.

Discriminating against Non-Citizens

“A review of state and federal laws finds it is illegal for employers to discriminate based on a worker’s citizenship — and there is probably no difference whether the worker is legally or illegally in the United States.”

Generational Differences in Recognition and Rewards

“As it turns out, the gap between Generation Y and Baby Boomer workers does not just encompass differing tastes in music, fashion and politics. They also differ in the way each group views the fruits of hard work and extra responsibility.”
